5308 5384

5308 to 5384

Is installation of 5384 over 5308 something that can be done, or is a clean install the only way to get Beta 2 to install?
Thanks, Scott

Upgrading beta to beta is not supported, clean installs only. -- Andre Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta "Scott S Sikora" wrote in message

By not supported do you mean it will not work or that Microsoft doesn't recomend or provide support for it?
Thanks

It's not an available setting in the installer - unless you have a internal copy of Vista which wasn't released to us, it just won't work.
